Pastor Strother was born in Texas in October of 1979. He grew up in a solid home and was in church in his early years. He graduated from highschool in May of 1998 and had two years of secular college in Texas. On December 19, 1999 while home on Christmas break and attending church, Pastor Strother realized he was lost and on his way to hell. It was on that day during the invitation of the morning service that he put his faith and trust in Jesus and was woundrously saved. In May of 2000 on a missions trip to Costa Rica, the Lord called him to full time ministry and to preach the Word of God. Pastor Strother enrolled at West Coast Baptist College for the fall semester of 2001 and graduated in May of 2004 with his Bachelor of Religious Education. He has been serving the Lord in some aspect of ministry since 2000 and was called to be the Pastor of Mountain View Baptist Church in July of 2007.
